Sarah and Jonathan’s fall barn wedding was full of color and laughter and happy tears. As the sun shone down on them and the cool breeze blew in off the farm fields, these two joyous people committed themselves to each other in front of their closest family and friends and then danced the night away in the low-lit barn. My favorite parts of the day include:
Sarah’s heirloom bridal details, such as the antique shoe clips and vintage brooch on her bouquet.
Anytime Sarah’s smile lit up her eyes - it was totally gorgeous and contagious!
Their intimate first look. Jonathan commented that it really did settle his nerves before the ceremony.
Jonathan’s sweet disposition and tendency to tear up - he had everyone crying during their vows!
The loose and boldly-colored floral decorations on the ceremony arbor
Sarah and Jonathan’s dramatic and silly moments on the dance floor together
The totally cool mean-muggin’ moment of Sarah and her friends in the barn loft during the reception
Despite the chill in the air, the day feels so warm in my memory. Jonathan and Sarah love each other so easily. Any time we were taking portraits, their spirits were up and they were just having a great time - it was impossible not to join them in the fun. Congratulations you two!
