Fritha and Kevin have been building their life together for quite some time now. Originally college sweethearts (who actually met while studying abroad before realizing they were attending the same college!), they settled in Boston after graduation and have been making it their home ever since. It was during the pandemic that they, like many others, added to their household by getting a puppy. Gatsby is equal parts handsome gentleman and goofy furbaby. While he knows something is changing with Fritha, it’s not clear if he realizes just how much his life is about to change because…Kevin and Fritha are expecting a baby!
For. the maternity photoshoot, I met Fritha and Kevin in their South Boston neighborhood. It was a gorgeous summer evening on the Old Harbor as we took full advantage of the ocean views. We strolled along Carson Beach, which is one of this family’s favorite places to be. As soon as we stepped onto the sand, Gatsby was eager to get untethered and run towards the water. I always enjoy sessions with pets because they bring so many hilarious expressions and fun surprises. Gatsby’s silly antics were the perfect complement to Kevin and Fritha’s sweetness. The setting sun cast a dreamy light on them once we made it to the pier, but I don’t think that was the only reason they - and especially Fritha - were glowing :)
This little family is so full of love and ready to share their hearts with their little girl. Congratulations, Fritha and Kevin!
