The holidays are here. This season arrived as it always does - suddenly, despite all of the anticipation. I’ve not yet had a child, but I imagine it’s somewhat similar. So much planning and waiting and decorating until, one day, it’s time. For Ashley and Josh, the holidays happened to coincide with the birth of their first little one, Max.
We met at a Christmas tree farm to capture some photos of their newfound joy as a family of three. The December air was chilly, but it gave everyone a charming blush on the cheeks. Max stole the show in his themed outfit complete with red sweater, green socks, and adorable beanie. He didn’t seem to mind the cold at all, as long as he was snuggled up with mom or dad!
Isn’t that what the holidays is about? Being together and remembering that it’s in each other where we can find warmth and safety? It’s what I wish for you all this season. Happy holidays to you and yours!
